Cynthia Chitule-Msonthi

Cynthia Chitule-Msonthi is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in leadership, management, finance, and administration within health research.

She is a certified trainer of trainers in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and has completed numerous research training programs. At Clinical Research Education and Management Services (CREAMS), Malawi , she plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations and coordinating research activities. She ensures that all projects adhere to the highest standards, stay within budget, meet timelines, and comply with corporate regulations.

Cynthia’s passion for improving healthcare through research governance is exceptional. She actively contributes to streamlining processes that enhance the effectiveness and impact of health research initiatives in Malawi.

She holds a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies from the University of Malawi (Chancellor College) and is currently pursuing an MBA to further strengthen her leadership and management expertise.
